We all know how spectacular a day at the beach can be during the height of a New England summer. And yet while the people disappear when the weather turns chilly, beaches like Hampton Beach are no less wonderful in wintertime. An extra coat and maybe a pair of sturdy walking shoes instead of flip-flops, and suddenly the sand is wide-open to your exploration.
The USHarbors crew stopped by Hampton Beach during a particularly lovely November afternoon and took a brief stroll. Even on a stunning day like this, though, there was no way we were taking a dip!
