Atlantic Boat Company in Brooklin is pleased to announce the delivery of Bantram II, Hull No. 1 of the new DUFFY-29H. The foundation of this new design is in direct response to customer interest for a Duffy 26 with outboards.
Bantram II is equipped with two 150hp Yamaha outboards, giving an easy cruise speed of 26 knots. Seating in the cockpit includes a transom bench and two jump seats. The helm and navigation seats adjust fore and aft, and each sits atop a storage compartment. Ventilatilation includes a center-opening windshield, sliding windows port and starboard, and an overhead hatch. Navigational aids include a depth sounder, compass, and Garmin multi-functional screen with gps/radar/chart plotter/speed.
Belowdecks is a V-berth with stowage under and an enclosed head with toilet. There are two opening ports and an overhead hatch for ventilation. Decks and cockpit are white gelcoat with light grey non-skid.
Ideally suited as an inshore cruiser or sport fishing platform, the spacious cockpit of the 29H allows additional seating for sightseeing and wine cruises or will accommodate provisions and fishing gear for the most serious angler.
