Clouter Creek is located in Berkley County, SC. It travels through an area of Charleston, creating an island in the Cooper River off the shores of North Charleston. The northern entrance to the river is near Yellow House Landing, and the southern mouth is nearer to North Charleston center on the opposite shore. Near the southern entrance is the Clouter Creek Reach.
