WHERE: Portions of Big Bend and Panhandle Florida, including the
following counties, in Big Bend Florida, Liberty. In Panhandle
Florida, Bay, Calhoun, Gulf and Washington.
WHEN: Until 1245 AM EDT /1145 PM CDT/.
IMPACTS: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams
continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: - At 715 PM EDT /615 PM CDT/, the public reported flooding in
the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 4 and
7 inches of rain have fallen.

Nixon, Youngstown, Cairo, Chipola Park, Majette, Frink,

possible.
WHERE: Portions of the Big Bend and Panhandle of Florida,
including the following areas, in the Big Bend of Florida, Coastal
Bay, Coastal Dixie, Coastal Franklin, Coastal Jefferson, Coastal
Taylor, Coastal Wakulla, Gadsden, Inland Dixie, Inland Franklin,
Inland Jefferson, Inland Taylor, Inland Wakulla, Lafayette, Leon,
Madison, Northern Liberty and Southern Liberty. In the Panhandle
of Florida, Calhoun, Coastal Gulf, Inland Bay and Inland Gulf.
WHEN: Through Monday evening.
IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Small creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may
occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: - Locally heavy rain has fallen over the last few days in the
watch area. Some areas have received 5 to 9 inches of rain
since Friday. Additional rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches
remains possible through Monday evening. Localized high-end
additional rainfall totals of 4 to 6 inches are possible. The
greater threat of flash flooding will begin to shift to the
Florida Big Bend this evening through Monday.
