    WHAT: Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

    WHERE: St Mary's River at Macclenny.

    WHEN: Until further notice.

    IMPACTS: At 12.0 feet, Minor flooding of low lying areas and
    timber lands including some properties along St. Mary's River Bluff
    Road and the Cypress Landing Resort on the Georgia side. At 14.0
    feet, Flooding of bottomlands along the river and some lower access
    roads including the lower half of St. Mary's River Bluff Road which
    cuts off 15 to 20 homes on the Georgia side.

    ADDITIONAL DETAILS: - At 9:45 AM EDT Friday the stage was 12.3 feet.
    - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.7 feet

    possible.

    WHERE: Portions of northeast and northern Florida, including the
    following areas, in northeast Florida, Baker, Coastal Duval,
    Coastal Flagler, Coastal Nassau, Eastern Clay, Eastern Putnam,
    Inland Flagler, Inland Nassau, Northeast Coastal St. Johns,
    Northern Inland St. Johns, South Central Duval, Southeast Coastal
    St. Johns, Southern Inland St. Johns, Trout River, Western Clay,
    Western Duval, Western Putnam and Western St. Johns. In northern
    Florida, Bradford, Central Marion, Eastern Alachua, Eastern
    Hamilton, Eastern Marion, Gilchrist, Northern Columbia,
    Southeastern Columbia, Southwestern Columbia, Suwannee, Union,

    ADDITIONAL DETAILS: - A lifting warm front and moisture due to Hurricane Isaias passing
    west of the area will bring waves of moderate to heavy rainfall
    across areas of Northeast Florida into this evening. Several
    inches of rain from the last several days will make for saturated
    soils and additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches with
    locally higher amounts may lead to flash flooding. The heavy
    rainfall may combine with higher than normal tidal levels and may
    worsen flood problems in some St. Johns River locations.
