Flood Watch issued July 13 at 4:00PM EDT until July 14 at 11:00PM EDT by NWS Miami FL
On Monday, expect 1-2 inches of rain in areas impacted
by thunderstorms across south Florida, with scattered amounts of 3-4
inches certainly a possibility. A reasonable worst case to consider
will be along the east coast metros where an isolated spot or two
could record 5-7 inches.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Coastal and metro portions of Palm Beach, Broward, and
Miami-Dade counties.
* WHEN...From Monday afternoon through Monday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of roadways, and
other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

For the following areas...
Coastal waters from Jupiter Inlet to Deerfield Beach FL out 20 NM...
At 346 PM EDT, strong to severe thunderstorms were located along a
line extending from 8 nm east of Palm Beach Shores to near Ocean
Ridge to Delray Beach, moving southeast around 10 knots.
HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots and small hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.
Locations impacted include...
Ocean Ridge, Palm Beach, Delray Beach, Hypoluxo, Highland Beach,
South Palm Beach, Manalapan, Briny Breezes, Gulf Stream, and Boca
Raton.
