* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A few isolated peak gusts up to to 60 mph are
possible with a cold frontal passage this morning. The front may
also be accompanied by snow showers, potentially resulting in
brief reduced visibility.
