* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A brief period of westerly wind gusts near
50 kt is possible between 4 PM through 10 PM Sunday as a strong
cold front passes offshore.

* WHAT...West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts of 50 to 60 mph possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northern Delaware, central and southern New
Jersey, and southeast Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From Sunday morning through Monday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wet soils combined with the high winds could
result in extensive tree damage. The strong winds will usher in
much colder air, with temperatures in the 20s and 30s and wind
chills in the teens. Potential for power outages combined with the
cold could exacerbate the impacts of this high wind event.
