* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
expected.
* WHERE...Northern Outer Banks.
* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 4 PM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
Coastal Flood Advisory issued December 4 at 2:20PM EST until December 5 at 4:00PM EST by NWS Newport/Morehead City NC
* WHAT...Up to 1 to 2 feet of inundation above ground level
expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal
waterways adjacent to the Pamlico Sound.
* WHERE...Areas along Croatan, and Roanoke Sounds, Kitty Hawk
Bay, and Pamlico Sound, and adjacent tidal creeks.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 4 PM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Up to 1 to 2 feet of inundation above ground level
is possible in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal
waterways resulting in a low threat of property damage. Some
roads and low lying property including parking lots, parks,
lawns, and homes adjacent to the waterfront will experience
shallow flooding.
