* WHAT...North winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. Seas 5
to 7 ft west of the Ochlockonee River.
* WHERE...Gulf waters from the Walton-Okaloosa County line to
the Suwannee river out 60 nautical miles.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST /9 AM CST/ Monday.
* IMPACTS...A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 20
to 33 knots, or seas of 7 feet or greater, are expected to
produce hazardous conditions for small craft. These hazardous
conditions may result in poor vessel handling and steering
response, broaching, overturned dinghies and kayaks, slips and
falls on slippery decks, rub damage along docks and seawalls,
and dragging anchors.

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 16 expected.
* WHERE...Portions of Big Bend and Panhandle Florida and south
central and southwest Georgia.
* WHEN...From 10 PM EST /9 PM CST/ this evening to 1 PM EST /noon
CST/ Monday.
* IMPACTS...Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged
exposure. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with
prolonged exposure.
Winter Storm Watch issued January 19 at 2:27PM EST until January 22 at 1:00PM EST by NWS Tallahassee FL
* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow
accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations around one
tenth to a quarter of an inch possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Big Bend and Panhandle Florida and south
central and southwest Georgia.
* WHEN...From Tuesday evening through early Wednesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous by Tuesday night. The weight of
the ice on tree limbs may down power lines and cause power
outages. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Wednesday morning commute.

* WHERE...Walton, Bay, Gulf, and Franklin County Beaches.
* WHEN...Through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away
from shore into deeper water.
