    IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher

    At 528 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
    a line extending from near Fish Hawk to near Macdill Air Force Base
    to 6 miles northeast of Sunshine Skyway Bridge. Movement was
    northwest at 15 mph.

    HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

    SOURCE...Radar indicated.

    IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
    unsecured objects.

    The areas affected include...
    Coastal waters from Englewood to Tarpon Springs FL out 20 NM...
    Tampa Bay waters...

    At 418 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
    of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were
    located along a line extending from 47 nm west of Palm Bay to 19 nm
    east of Siesta Key to near Venice, moving northwest at 10 knots.

    PRECAUTIONARY / PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS:

    Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
    waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
    immediately until these storms pass.

    These strong thunderstorms will likely produce winds to around 30
    knots, and could pose a serious hazard for boaters. A special marine
    warning may eventually be required when these strong thunderstorms
    reaches the nearshore waters. Boaters should consider heading for
    shore before these strong thunderstorms arrives.
