    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have
    fallen.
    - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the
    area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

    Clay, Eastern Putnam, Inland Flagler, Inland Nassau, Northeast
    Coastal St. Johns, Northern Inland St. Johns, South Central Duval,
    Southeast Coastal St. Johns, Southern Inland St. Johns, Trout
    River, Western Duval and Western St. Johns and southeast Georgia,
    including the following areas, Coastal Camden and Inland Camden.

    WHEN: From 10 AM EDT this morning through this evening.

    IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
    creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
    Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

    along the northeast Florida coast and portions of the southeast
