    WHERE: South Carolina Beaches, and Georgia Beaches.

    WHEN: For the High Rip Current Risk, from 8 AM EDT this
    morning through this evening. For the High Surf Advisory, from
    noon today to 2 PM EDT Wednesday.

    IMPACTS: Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and
    localized beach erosion. Rip currents can sweep even the best
    swimmers away from shore into deeper water.

    ADDITIONAL DETAILS: The combination of strong northeast winds,
    elevated tides and large breaking waves will increase the risk
    for significant beach erosion during the high tide cycle late
