    WHAT: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
    possible.

    WHERE: Portions of southeast Maryland, including the following
    areas, Inland Worcester, Somerset and Wicomico and Virginia,
    including the following areas, Accomack, Charles City, Eastern
    Chesterfield (Including Col. Heights), Eastern Essex, Eastern
    Hanover, Eastern Henrico, Eastern King William, Eastern King and
    Queen, Gloucester, Lancaster, Mathews, Middlesex, New Kent,
    Northampton, Northumberland, Prince George (including Hopewell and
    Petersburg), Richmond, Southampton, Sussex, Western Essex, Western
    Henrico (Including the City of Richmond), Western King William,
    Western King and Queen and Westmoreland.

    WHEN: From 1 PM EDT this afternoon through this evening.

    IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of low-lying and
    flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and
    urban areas.

    ADDITIONAL DETAILS: - Numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected this
    afternoon through early evening. Rainfall rates could exceed
    2 inches per hour at times, with localized totals of 3 to 5
    inches possible in a few spots. While antecedent conditions
    have been dry, this would be enough to cause flooding in
    urban and poor drainage areas.
