Great Island Boat Yard cares for 200 boats and keeps over 100 in the marina for the summer. We are the only boat yard in Quahog Bay, offering a full range of services, including Yanmar service and parts, and boat storage. From away? Over half of our customers come to us from other New England states. A parade of boats makes the 120-mile trip between Great Island Boat Yard and the Cape Cod Canal every spring and fall. Leave your boat with us in Harpswell this winter and begin your summer cruise next year from one of Maine's most beautiful harbors. We paint, repair, repower, and "refit” dozens of boats annually.
Services Include: Rigging, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Plumbing, Refrigeration, Carpentry, Glass Repair, AWLGRIP, Varnish & Paint, Canvas, and Fabrication.
