Portland Yacht Club is a wonderful small jewel in the heart of Casco Bay, Maine with a bustling boating community. Our members are congenial and friendly; our clubhouse offers a place to relax, a place to dine, and a place to commiserate with fellow members. We have one of the most beautiful views of Portland Harbor and Hussey Sound, being especially nice on a summer evening when the sun lights up all the boats in the harbor. Our launch service provides easy access to the harbor and members boats while welcoming visiting yachtsmen. To learn more about visiting the club or becoming a member contact the club manager.

Since 1950, Portland Yacht Club Junior Sailing Program has provided an enjoyable, safe opportunity for kids to learn how to sail. We have committed members, parents, and, most important, Junior Sailors, who have made our program one of the best, not only in New England, but also across the nation. We provide an educational experience in the timeless tradition of sail, making memories to last a lifetime.
