In celebration of Arbor Day and Earth Week, the New Jersey Division of Fish and Wildlife is giving away native tree saplings to residents interested in supporting local flora and fauna in their yards. Pick up your saplings at the Route 46 parking lot at the Pequest Trout Hatchery and Natural Resource Education Center on Thursday and Friday, April 22 & April 23 from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. A list of available sapling species can be found on the information flyer.
