    At 944 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts
    were located along a line extending from 8 nm north of Apalachicola
    to 36 nm southeast of Okaloosa Deep Water Reef, moving east at 15
    knots.

    HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 40 knots.

    SOURCE...Radar indicated.

    IMPACT...Waterspouts can quickly form and capsize boats...damage
    vessels...and create suddenly higher waves. Make sure all
    on board are in a secure location and wearing life jackets.

    WHERE: Offshore Gulf waters from the Walton-Okaloosa County
    line to Apalachicola from 20 to 60 nautical miles out, St.
    Andrews Bay Waterways, Coastal waters from Mexico Beach to
    Okaloosa Walton County Line FL out 20 NM, and Coastal waters
    from Mexico Beach to Apalachicola FL out 20 NM.

    WHEN: From 1 PM this afternoon to 1 AM CDT Tuesday.

    IMPACTS: A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 20
    to 33 knots, or seas of 7 feet or greater, are expected to
    produce hazardous conditions for small craft. These hazardous
    conditions may result in poor vessel handling and steering
    response, broaching, overturned dinghies and kayaks, slips and
    falls on slippery decks, rub damage along docks and seawalls,
    and dragging anchors.

    Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
