The St. Marks River entrance is located in Wakulla County, FL. It flows into the Apalachee Bay in the Big Bend Region of Florida. Before entering the Apaachee Bay, the St. Marks River joins with the Wakulla River. Near the mouth of the river are the San Marcos de Apalache Historic State Park and the St. Marks Lighthouse.
