Elizabeth, ME out 25 NM and Coastal Waters from Cape
Elizabeth, ME to Merrimack River, MA out 25 NM.

* WHEN...From 2 PM Thursday to noon EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* WHAT...East winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts around 45 mph expected.

* WHERE...In Maine, Coastal Waldo, Knox, Lincoln, Sagadahoc, Coastal
Cumberland, and Coastal York Counties. In New Hampshire, Coastal
Rockingham County.

* WHEN...From 2 PM Thursday to 6 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result due
to their fully leafed out nature.
