    WHAT: South winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas
    4 to 6 feet possible.

    WHERE: In Massachusetts coastal waters, Nantucket Sound,
    Vineyard Sound and Buzzards Bay. In Rhode Island coastal
    waters, Rhode Island Sound.

    WHEN: From Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday evening. Gale
    force winds more likely Tuesday night into Wednesday.

    IMPACTS: Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could
    capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

    PRECAUTIONARY / PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS:

    Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
