Aquia Creek, Mile 60.4W, Potomac River, has depths of 4 to 5 feet to the railroad bridge, and thence 2 feet to Coals Landing, 5 miles above the mouth. The entrance to the creek is marked by lights and daybeacons. A fixed railroad bridge, 3 miles above the entrance, has a width of 46 feet and a clearance of 26 feet. An overhead power cable just south of the bridge has a clearance of 36 feet.
