We recently completed a refit on the 80′ sailing yacht Coconut. She’s well known in the charter world and was built in 1991 by Dynamique Yachts of New Zealand. Coconut and her crew are not strangers to Camden or Wayfarer Marine, as they’ve completed several yard periods here throughout the years.
This year Wayfarer designed new teak toe and rub rails for Coconut. Replacing the twenty-year-old anodized rail with a custom teak one instantly updated the yacht’s look. Custom-fabricated fairleads and stanchions were built by Wayfarer’s talented crew. The end result was an up-to-date, modern look while also improving safety underway.
After a refit at Wayfarer Marine, the fairleads aboard Coconut have become both beautiful and useful.
