Built at Washburn & Doughty in East Boothbay, Maine, the latest Moran tractor tug Mark Moran leaves the Damaricotta River en route to Maryland. The powerful new tug will serve the Port of Baltimore. Another tug is scheduled for launch at the yard early this summer.
