Camden is one of the most beautiful places on this earth, let alone on the Maine coast. I count it as a daily blessing that I can walk to the shores of Penobscot Bay, or hike the twisting trails of Camden Hills State Park.
The light that hangs over the town and surrounding waters is spectacular. What a treat it is for a photographer! I live here, but I never take for granted what sits in front of me, whether it be the dotted islands of West Penobscot Bay, or the cozy confines the towns inner harbor, where so many boats sit in the summer, you almost wonder how they all got there.
