If you’re like many sailors right now, you’ve got a few drops of bottom paint on your shoes today and the smell of varnish is fresh in your nose (if not on your hands). This is the time when we put in the hard labor in the boatyard so that we can look good and sail fast in the season ahead. All that manual labor can be draining, of course, and we decided that today was a good day to pull out some shots of a few recent races we’ve been part of, just to remind us why it’s all worth it.
Now back to sanding!
