Sail Newport is pleased to announce that an entire new fleet of J22s are being built now at Waterline Systems. The new fleet of 14 boats will be delivered and launched at the Sailing Center in May. Sail Newport has used the J22 boats since 1987 and consider the One-Design boat a perfect vehicle to teach sailing and racing because it’s comfortable for both children and adults. The very responsive boats are also ideal for Sail Newport‘s active rental program from Memorial Day through Columbus Day.
