While marinas and boatyards in most states have opened, and boating restrictions have been loosened, the rules in specific cities and states will vary and can change depending on conditions. In an effort to keep our boating community up to date on the policies in each state we have created this reference guide. Of critical importance, if you are planning to travel between states please be aware that the rules can change, and you will be required to comply with local and state mandates. These policies have been put in place to help our lives and economies return to normal, so please respect them as we strive to keep our waterways open to for all this summer!
