damage vessels and reduce visibility.
Flood Watch issued December 11 at 1:08PM EST until December 12 at 7:00AM EST by NWS Boston/Norton MA
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northern Connecticut, including the following
areas, Hartford CT, Tolland CT and Windham CT, Massachusetts,
including the following areas, Eastern Franklin MA, Eastern
Hampden MA, Eastern Hampshire MA, Eastern Plymouth MA, Northern
Bristol MA, Northern Middlesex MA, Northern Worcester MA, Southern
Bristol MA, Southern Plymouth MA, Southern Worcester MA, Western
Franklin MA, Western Hampden MA, Western Hampshire MA and Western
Plymouth MA, and Rhode Island, including the following areas,
Bristol RI, Eastern Kent RI, Newport RI, Northwest Providence RI,
Southeast Providence RI, Washington RI and Western Kent RI.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected.
* WHERE...Portions of eastern, northeastern, and southeastern
Massachusetts and northern and southern Rhode Island.
* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
