* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
Gale Warning issued February 16 at 5:48AM EST until February 17 at 4:00AM EST by NWS Wakefield VA
* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, south winds 15 to 20 kt
with gusts up to 25 kt and waves 1 to 2 ft. For the Gale
Warning, south to southwest winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to
45 kt and waves 2 to 3 ft expected today. Winds become west at
25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt tonight.
* WHERE...Rappahannock River from Urbanna to Windmill Point,
York River and James River from Jamestown to the James River
Bridge.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 9 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
