Small Craft Advisory issued December 13 at 8:54PM PST until December 15 at 4:00AM PST by NWS Seattle WA
* WHAT...Bar conditions rough becoming severe. Combined seas 10 to
12 ft, rapidly rising to 16 to 18 ft late tonight.
* WHERE...Grays Harbor Bar.
* WHEN...Until 4 AM PST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft
especially when navigating in or near harbor entrances.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Maximum ebb currents will occur around 315
AM Saturday, 330 PM Saturday, and 400 AM Sunday. The Saturday
afternoon ebb will be very strong.
Coastal Flood Warning issued December 13 at 7:58PM PST until December 14 at 2:00PM PST by NWS Seattle WA
* WHAT...For the High Surf Advisory, large breaking waves of 18
to 20 feet expected in the surf zone. For the Coastal Flood
Warning, significant coastal flooding expected. Inundation of
2.5 to 3.5 feet above ground level is possible along
shorelines and low-lying coastal area.
* WHERE...North Coast and Central Coast zones.
* WHEN...For the High Surf Advisory, from 10 PM this evening to
10 PM PST Saturday. For the Coastal Flood Warning, from 8 AM
to 2 PM PST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Significant coastal flooding due to high tides and
storm surge is expected. This is expected to lead to numerous
road closures. Low lying property including homes, businesses,
and some critical infrastructure may be inundated. Large waves
will wash over beaches, jetties, and other structures
unexpectedly. People can be swept off rocks and jetties and
drown while observing high surf. Localized beach and shoreline
erosion is possible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highest impacts will occur in the hours
near high tide at around 11 AM. Winds and large breaking waves
will exacerbate impacts due to coastal flooding. Additional
minor coastal flooding is possible around high tide late
Monday morning as well.

Wind Advisory issued December 13 at 1:57PM PST until December 14 at 4:00PM PST by NWS Seattle WA
* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.
* WHERE...Admiralty Inlet Area, Central Coast, San Juan County,
Western Skagit County, Western Whatcom County, and Everett and
Vicinity.
* WHEN...From 1 AM to 4 PM PST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds are expected along the
central coast, the Admiralty Inlet area, and the San Juans.
