Every year, we are awed by the yachts that congregate in Narragansett Bay for the Newport International Boat Show. Just as New England boaters are coming to terms with the fact that the season will come to an end in a month or so, this in-the-water show allows them a chance to see the latest and greatest yachts from some of the country’s best builders and boat dealers.
Here are a few shots I took while strolling the docks on day 1 of the show. To really take it in, though, you ought to head down to Newport yourself!
