* IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and
localized beach erosion. Rip currents can sweep even the best
swimmers away from shore into deeper water.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Small Craft Advisory issued November 4 at 3:51AM EST until November 6 at 7:00PM EST by NWS Melbourne FL
* WHAT...East winds increasing to 20 to 25 knots with gusts up to
30 knots and seas building to 7 to 10 feet.
* WHERE...Flagler Beach to Volusia-Brevard County Line 0-20 nm,
Volusia-Brevard County Line to Sebastian Inlet 0-20 nm and
Sebastian Inlet to Jupiter Inlet 0-20 nm.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
