* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 9 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* WHAT...Mixed wintry precipitation possible. Total snow
accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations around one to
two tenths of an inch possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast and northern Florida and southeast
Georgia.
* WHEN...From late Tuesday night through Wednesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Ice accumulation on power lines
and tree limbs may cause power outages. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday
morning commute.

as the upper teens expected. For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing
temperatures as low as 28 expected.
* WHERE...In Florida, Coastal Duval, Coastal Nassau, Eastern Clay,
South Central Duval, Western Clay, Bradford, Eastern Alachua, and
Western Alachua Counties. In Georgia, Coastal Camden and Coastal
Glynn Counties.
* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 10 PM this evening to
10 AM EST Monday. For the Freeze Warning, from 2 AM to 10 AM EST
Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as the upper teens could
result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
Appropriate action should be taken to ensure tender vegetation and
outdoor pets have adequate protection from the cold temperatures.
Young children, the elderly and the homeless are especially
