* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast Louisiana, including the following
parishes, Assumption, Central Plaquemines, Central Tangipahoa,
Coastal Jefferson Parish, Eastern Ascension, Eastern Orleans,
Lower Jefferson, Lower Lafourche, Lower Plaquemines, Lower St.
Bernard, Lower Tangipahoa, Lower Terrebonne, Northern Livingston,
Northern St. Tammany, Northern Tangipahoa, Southeast St. Tammany,
Southern Livingston, Southwestern St. Tammany, St. Charles, St.
James, St. John The Baptist, Upper Jefferson, Upper Lafourche,
Upper Plaquemines, Upper St. Bernard, Upper Terrebonne,
Washington, Western Ascension and Western Orleans and southern
Mississippi, including the following areas, Northern Hancock,
Northern Harrison, Northern Jackson, Pearl River, Southern
Hancock, Southern Harrison and Southern Jackson.
* WHEN...Through this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Although rain totals are expected to be lower today, the
additional 1 to 2 inches with locally higher amounts could
cause flooding, especially in areas that received 4 to 6
inches of rain yesterday. Periods of rain with rates around 2
to 3 inches per hour can be expected with storms today.

* WHAT...Northwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and
seas 7 to 10 ft expected.
* WHERE...Open Gulf waters of southeastern Louisiana and
Mississippi.
* WHEN...From midnight Tuesday night to 6 PM CST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
