between Stake Island and Pascagoula out to 20 NM.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
Winter Storm Warning issued January 21 at 2:01AM CST until January 22 at 12:00AM CST by NWS New Orleans LA
* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
accumulations upwards of 3 inches and ice accumulations around a
light glaze.
* WHERE...Coastal Jefferson Parish, Lower Lafourche, Lower
Plaquemines, and Lower Terrebonne Parishes.
* WHEN...Until midnight CST tonight.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday
morning and evening commutes.
