Summerhouse Point is located on the southeastern end of Chisolm Island in Beaufort County, SC. The area lies along the Bull River which leads eastward to the Ashepoo-Combahee-Edisto Basin National Estuarine Research Reserve, the St. Helena Sound and the Atlantic Ocean. Nearby islands and towns includ Dale to the west and Lady’s Island and St. Helena Island to the south.
