* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow and sleet
accumulations up to 3 inches with the potential for locally higher
amounts. Ice accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch possible.
* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Texas.
* WHEN...From Monday evening through Tuesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday
morning, Tuesday evening, and Wednesday morning commutes.

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills below 20 degrees expected.
* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Texas.
* WHEN...From 3 AM to noon CST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged
exposure.

* WHAT...North winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and
rough bay waters expected.
* WHERE...Matagorda Bay and Galveston Bay.
* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 6 PM CST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
