gusts up to 45 mph expected. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very
cold wind chills as low as 25 below expected.
* WHERE...Keweenaw and Northern Houghton Counties.
* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 3 AM EST Saturday. For the
Cold Weather Advisory, from 10 PM Saturday to 10 PM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The
dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause
frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...An Extreme Cold Warning could be issued for
Monday night/Tuesday morning in the future.

Heavy Freezing Spray Warning, heavy freezing spray at a rate
of 2 cm per hour or greater expected, and may rapidly
accumulate on vessels. For the Small Craft Advisory, northwest
winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and waves 6 to 9 ft
expected.
* WHERE...Saxon Harbor WI to Black River MI, Black River to
Ontonagon MI and Ontonagon to Upper Entrance of Portage Canal
MI.
* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 1 PM EST /noon CST/
Saturday. For the Heavy Freezing Spray Warning, from 1 AM EST

hazardous. Freezing spray may render mechanical and electronic
