* WHAT...For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills
as low as 10 to 15 degrees along the coast and as low as 6 to 10
degrees inland expected. For the Extreme Cold Watch, dangerously
cold wind chills as low as 5 above possible.
* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Alabama, northwest
Florida, and southeast Mississippi.
* WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, until 11 AM CST Monday. For
the Extreme Cold Watch, from Monday evening through Wednesday
morning.
* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to wind chills as low as 5 to 10 degrees. An extended
period of freezing temperatures could cause exposed water pipes to
rupture.

accumulations between 1 and 3 inches and ice accumulations around
a light glaze possible.
* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Alabama, northwest
Florida, and southeast Mississippi.
* WHEN...From Tuesday morning through late Tuesday night.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions, especially on bridges
and overpasses. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday
morning and evening commutes, as well as the commute on Wednesday.

25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 2 to 5 ft. For the
second Small Craft Advisory, northeast winds 15 to 25 kt with
gusts up to 35 kt and seas 2 to 5 ft expected.
* WHERE...Portions of the coastal waters of Alabama and
northwest Florida.
* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until noon CST
Monday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 3 AM Tuesday
to 9 AM CST Wednesday.
