While the heavier snow showers have departed northeast
Wisconsin, untreated roadways will likely remain slippery or even
icy this evening as temperatures fall into the teens and lower
20s.
Use caution while traveling and remain alert rapidly changing road
conditions this evening.
Wind Advisory issued December 4 at 4:07PM CST until December 4 at 9:00PM CST by NWS Green Bay WI
* WHAT...Northwest winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
* WHERE...Waushara, Calumet, Winnebago, Brown, Outagamie, and
Waupaca Counties.
* WHEN...Until 9 PM CST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strong winds combined with snow showers
will lead to rapid reductions of visibilities below 1/2 miles at
times through early this evening.
Gale Warning issued December 4 at 8:18PM CST until December 5 at 9:00AM CST by NWS Green Bay WI
* WHAT...Northwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and
waves 4 to 7 ft.
* WHERE...Lake Michigan nearshore waters from Washington Island
to Sheboygan, and Central and Southern Bay of Green Bay.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
