out 25 NM, Penobscot Bay and Coastal Waters from Port Clyde,
ME to Cape Elizabeth, ME out 25 NM.
* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to midnight EST Friday night.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* WHAT...Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts around 45 mph
expected.
* WHERE...Portions of south central, southwest, and western Maine.
* WHEN...From 10 AM to 7 PM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a some power outages may result.

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Snow accumulations between 1 and 3
inches, sleet accumulations up to one tenth of an inch, and ice
accumulations around a light glaze.
* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Maine.
* WHEN...Until 3 PM EST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...A period of snow and perhaps some sleet and freezing
drizzle will make for slippery travel this morning and into the
afternoon hours.
