Boating, Fishing, and Travel Information for Pigeon Key, north side, Florida Bay, FL

Pigeon Key is an island in Monroe County, FL that is home to a ghost town of the same name. The Florida Bay is to the north of the key, and the nearest city to it is Islamorada. The island was once home to many workers who helped to build the Seven Mile Bridge, that connects Knight’s Key and Little Duck Key. Before that, it was a work camp during the building of the Florida East Coast Railway.
